"Softvision My Wi-Fi Service" Web application user privacy information sheet
As per Legislative decree nr. 196 dated 30 June 2003 (the Italian privacy code), we would like to inform you that the personal data you provided or acquired during the execution of the My Wi-Fi Service web solution (hereinafter referred to as the "Solution"), will only be processed for the sole purposes associated with the supply, operations and maintenance of this Solution and that data will be processed according to current regulations and the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and privacy protection foreseen therein.
The Data controller is Softvision s.r.l. with registered offices in Via Cesare Battisti, n. 101 – 67051 Avezzano (AQ) -Italy, (hereinafter referred to as "Softvision), represented by the legal representative pro-tempore, who, at his/her discretion, can be assisted by specifically identified managers or assistants.
Data will be processed to manage and maintain the Solution and to run all activities associated, instrumental or necessary for service operations and supply.
Data will be processed with the assistance of electronic and/or hard copy instruments, according to logic strictly tied to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, adopting procedures and measures suited to protect security and privacy.
Nature of data provision
Providing data is necessary and essential to correct Solution operations and use: failure to provide data will result in the impossibility of using its functions.
Data shall be processed by Softvision employees and/or natural or legal persons specifically indentified by Softvision as processing managers or assistants. Provided data shall in no way be subject to disclosure or communication to third parties, except for those individuals whose right to access data is recognized by the law or the authorities and individuals, even extraneous and/or foreign, who the Data Controller uses to perform activities instrumental and/or associated with service operations and supply, therein including software solution vendors, web application and storage service providers also via Cloud Computing systems and any occasionally employed maintenance operators. Pleas note that, as per art. 4, paragraph 1, letter d) in Legislative Decree nr. 196/2003, the personal data disclosing racial and ethic origin, religious, philosophic or other beliefs, political opinions, party, union, or religious, philosophical, political or union association or organisation membership as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life and those concerning health, are sensitive data. This data, along with the legal data as per art. 4, paragraph 1, letter d) in Legislative decree nr. 196/2003, you spontaneously provide, will not be processed without the data subject's express written consent and privacy Guarantor's authorization.
Data subject’s rights
Individuals to whom personal data refer are entitled to exercise the rights stated in art. 7 of Legislative Decree nr. 196/2003 at any time. Specifically they may:
a) obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
b) obtain information on the source of the personal data, on the purposes and methods of processing; on the logic applied in the event electronic tools are employed for processing; on the identification data concerning the data controller, data processor and representative assigned pursuant to article 5, comma 2; on entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as National designated representative, controller or processor;
c) obtain the update, rectification or integration of data;
d) obtain the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully including those that are not required to be saved for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
e) obtain confirmation that the operations stated above were communicated, even regarding their content and to whom data was communicated or disclosed, except for those cases in which this obligation is impossible or implies the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
f) fully or partially object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
